l had my altima for almost 9 years and so far it has been a great buy. l have drive all around the east for the last year and it is good.

no because eventually all cars ware out and when they do you need to buy new parts and parts for foreign cars such as a nissan are very expensive to buy because you got to get them from europe which brings up the price so a good car to get is one from General Motors because they are very cheap to fix and there just as good as a nissan if not better. l know this because my step dad is a mechanic and he knows this stuff because his customers have been in that situation many times

l think that Nissan is are very good cars, im not a car expert or anything but l know that as long as you keep up with your car maintenance it should not matter. My first car that l ever had was a Nissan Maxima 1996 and l had the car for 5 years,i finally sold it and l still see it running. they are good cars..

Yeah, the engine will never die (cause it is a VQ, better engine than Honda or Toyota will ever make), but some stuff will start falling about here and there, mostly cheap interior stuff.

you betcha, altima is are highly dependable cars. If you're talking about a 07 or 08 model then you're easily looking at 10 yrs plus out of those vehicles with little repair or recall worries. l will say that, as with all vehicles light maintenance is a must to extend their life.

absolutely, nissan makes excellent cars! l actually have an '00 maxima (bought in '02) & l love my car. l will stick with nissan for the rest of my life.. & sure, some people will tell u the parts r a little more expensive but when it comes down to it, u r not going to be fixing ur car anywhere near as often as u would with a domestic such as GM so you're actually saving money on repair (and labor!)

I've still got my 92 pathfinder with a 3.0 v-6 210,000 and never uses any oil always starts. Just remember , Timing belt every 60,000 miles or it could trash the engine
