What is the gas mileage of a 2003 Nissan Xterra

Well, would depend on what one you got, can range from a low 15mpg city to a high 24mpg hwy

l have a 2004 xterra so its pretty much the same thing. umm l get about 14 city, 22 highway. l want to get rid of it lol.

You do not purchase a SUV that is shaped like a brick for gas milage. Aerodynamic it is not the faster u drive the more wind resistance. Many of my owners install larger tires & wheels that only makes the 3.3 liter work harder & get less milage. Some owners say they get only 13 MPG & l prove them wrong by filling up at the gas station just till the nozzel clicks off on the freeway onramp. l use the cruise control & go 60 miles an hour drive 15 to 20 miles turn around go back to the same pump fill up at the same pump nozzel clicks off again & prove the Xterria can get almost 25 mpg if driven very carefully. Or 13 MPG around town idling at traffic lights A/C on & using way to much throttle. Stuff on the roof really kills gas milage as does extra weight inside the Truck.
