which one is better nissan xterra or toyota rave 4? inters of durability and engine.?

The Toyota Rave 4 ..because the Xterra usually have problems with the valves in the cylinder heads..

go for the toyota rav4, l have not really heard anything about the nissan xterra

Go with the rav 4..nissan xterra is have loads of problems.The main one is lack of power.

lack of power??? it has more power than the rav. more torque too. the xterra has the same badass engine as the 350Z but only stroked out to 4 liters.
the xterra & rav4 r in different categories. they may look similar but r not.
the xterra if for offroading. the chassis is stiff, it sits much higher, it is on a truck frame.
the rav4 is on the same frame as the new corolla. the engine (the V6)is from the camry & avalon. good engine. fast little car. but not an offroader like the xterra.
if you're looking for a quiet & nice ride, get the rav4. if u want to climb a tree & bring ur gear, get the xterra.
