Can you reset the low tire indicator on a 2006 Nissan Frontier without bringing in in to the dealer

l added air to the low tire and the light still remains on. Is there some type of reset switch?

The sensor might be damaged, so you will need to take it to the dealer anyway, try pulling the fuse then putting it back in, also disconnect the battery ground for a few minutes, that might reset the ECU and shut the light off

Dont forget, there is a sensor in the spare tire also. If the light does not go off after checking the pressure in all 5 tires you have a damaged sensor.

If the light is on steady, not blinking. Check the pressures in ur tires. Fill them all to about 37 psi. Drive at speeds above 25mph for about 2 miles. The light will turn off. If u have one low tire then most likely u have a nail in ur tire or you're leaking from u tire sensor. So have it fixed.

If ur sensor was blinking then u have a malfunction with one of the sensors. Then u would have to take it to Nissan. And no there is no reset switch. And not all spares r equipped with a TPMS.
