That is a terrible deal, absolutely horendous. You can buy a way better car for that money no to mention one with way lower mileage.

Sounds fairly reasonable if the car is CLEAN (Some normal wear but no major mechanical or cosmetic problems; may require limited reconditioning), but l think you could probably buy it for less if you negotiate.
