And you are going to finance this all by yourself with no co-signers? l think the co signer(s) credit rating and so forth might determine all the to your questions, cause you can not legally finance a car at 16 by yourself because if you can, all the 16 yr olds in the country will shop at your dealers.

One way to escape that is to put the car under insurance of anyone who is above 21 & has good driving record. That way u pay less for insurance & u can drive the car and.. still be covered by the insurance.
