Twin Turbo, l do not think any of the earlier models are any different performance wise. l know 1996 lost VVT.

my buddy has a right hand drive fairlady twin turbo he upgraded the exhaust with a 2 inch dual exhaust and upgraded the twin turbos with gt28rs disco patatoe turbines now its effin fast!! and didnt cost him much at all

1993 twin turbo was fast electronically top speed limited to 155mph. Complex hard to work on car in the right hands and well kept some minor mods like boost controls larger injectors bigger inter coolers engine electronic reprogramming they can have as much as 400hp only premium fuel please. If you purchase a Z buy the very best one you can because restoring one can get very costly. Get one in the best condition you can and save money.
