l wanna know what the differences are and which one is better?? Nissan Maxima 06 SE or SL???

The SL comes standard with leather .. the SE has it as an option. SL has a softer ride the SE has a sport tuned suspension. wheel size is different SL uses 17inch wheels the SE uses 18 inch wheels. SE usually has a rear deck spoiler and the interior accents are aluminum in the SL they are woodgrain. the SL is the luxury one, and the SE is the sport version.. l prefer the SE myself.

Go with the SE... its got the sport tuned suspension and better looking wheels. You can get every option available on the SL in the SE. If l were you l would also consider a 2007. The interior in that year was much improved and l think the outside looks a little better too.

To me the SE, suspension is the most important part of a car how it rides and feel and corners. But some people like a more luxurious interior too.
